Customer Support Specialist
We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Your Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve support tickets from clients across all products, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Gather and review client feedback to find ways to improve.
  • Keep our service top-notch by maintaining high standards.
  • Participate in testing various products, identifying issues, and working with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of side projects aimed at optimising and enhancing the quality of our services.
  • Coordinate and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
What we Need
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered a benefit.
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
What we Offer
  • Monthly fixed salary.
  • Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm (flexi hour) including a 30 minute break.
