Administrative Officer
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures at our offices in Nicosia & Paphos.
Your Impact
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Handle queries by employees
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Organize all company-related proceedings in regard to any events, training sessions, conferences and seminars
  • Process and allocate all incoming emails to the appropriate department
  • Provide support to the new employees during their training period
  • Handle incoming freelancer CVs from our social media campaigns and assign them to the relevant Virtual Team Manager of VDesk
  • Assist with the recruiting procedures for our Headquarters
The Basics
  • Any work experience/background as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • High level of computer literacy skills, including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Strong problem-solving and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail
Our Standards
  • Monthly fixed salary.
  • Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm (flexi hour) including a 30 minute break.
  • Up to 25 days of annual leave.
